At The Fazilka, we pour our hearts into crafting every pair of shoes. We understand that sometimes our products might not meet your expectations, so we are pleased to offer free exchanges and reverse pickups.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill in the details above and submit a Returns & Exchanges request within 7 days from the delivery date, ensuring the item is in unused condition.

According to our policy, we provide credit notes or exchanges only if the product is in unused condition. For exchanges of lower-priced items, the difference will be issued as a credit note via email. The pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

• We do not offer exchanges or credit notes for any free products.
• We do not facilitate second-time exchanges for an order.
• Refunds are not available for any orders.
